Rude and Snooty

Ginna in the office is snooty and mean. I can not see why she is still employed. I will NOT go anywhere near that place as long as she is there!!!!

The receptionist is rude, short and uncaring. A little customer service training wouldn't be a waste of money. I have to clarify that it is not the caucasian receptionist but the other one
