Dr. Marshall-Smith is Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Physician Group, LLP. Group of physicians that provides hospitalists service at DCH hospitals in Northport and Tuscaloosa. She was graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit Michigan. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa Family Medicine and was Chief Resident during her third year. She has over 9 years of experience, certified by American Board of Family Medicine. Dr Marshall-Smith is a very dedicated and knowledgeable doctor who works as a hospitalist at DCH hospitals in Northport and Tuscaloosa. Since June 2020 Dr. Marshal-Smith serves as a COO of Pinnacle Physician Group.
