About

Our primary care division manages chronic diseases using our care team model for some time now. We offer Primary Care, Wellness, Interventional Pain Management, Vein Treatments, MRI Clinic, a Surgery Center and a pharmacist who all play a role in providing care at the primary care level. Further, we believe having our primary care team working closely with our specialist team provides an extra degree of continuity of care for our patients.
