Direct Primary Care Practice with added Concierge offering of our unique Inpatient Advocate Service. In 2022, Associate Dr. David Marconi MD Family Medicine has joined the practice. Owner and director is Dr. Raymond Kordonowy MD of Internal Medicine. Both physicians are Board Certified in their specialty. Dr. Kordonowy is also Diplomate certified in Clinical Lipidology (cholesterol disorder diagnosis and management). We have a combined 35 years of experience. We never stopped seeing and managing our patients during the Covid Pandemic. Our memberships include an annual lab package, annual health prevention, chart audits and unlimited office visits for new problems and chronic care management. We offer affordable generic meds.
