Brett Sheldon, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and founder of Embracing Uncertainty Therapy and Wellness in Highland Park, New Jersey. Brett provides convenient mental health care to help teens, adults, and couples find the confidence they need to move toward a brighter and happier future. Brett completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University. His experiences and expertise in mental health span across different roles, including serving as a therapist and substance use disorder (SUD) counselor.
