Irina Gershman, MD

About

Irina Gershman, MD is a member of Summit Health’s Sleep Disorders Center team. Dr. Gershman diagnoses and treats acute and chronic health conditions as well as sleep disorders. She also conducts annual well-visits and age- and patient-appropriate screenings. Dr. Gershman pursued family medicine eager to provide patient-centered care and build longitudinal relationships that are so often developed between primary care doctors and their patients. Her interest in sleep medicine stemmed from her knowledge of how sleep can greatly affect a person’s quality of life. Dr. Gershman believes that all patients should have a thorough understanding of their conditions, and therefore places emphasis on effective doctor-patient communication.
